1. How long do deposits take to appear in my account?
Deposit times depend on the blockchain network and the number of required confirmations. Most deposits are credited within a few minutes, however delays may occur during periods of high network congestion.
2. Why has my deposit not arrived yet?
A deposit may be delayed due to:
- Blockchain network congestion
- Insufficient network confirmations
- Incorrect network selection
- Wallet maintenance
- Delayed blockchain propagation
You can track your transaction using the TXID on a blockchain explorer.
3. Is there a minimum deposit amount?
Yes. Certain assets may require a minimum deposit amount. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited automatically.
Users can view the minimum deposit requirement directly on the deposit page.
4. Are there any deposit fees?
Nio Exchange does not typically charge deposit fees for cryptocurrency deposits. However, external blockchain network fees may apply when sending funds from another wallet or exchange.
5. What happens if I deposit to the wrong network?
Depositing funds using an unsupported or incorrect blockchain network may result in permanent loss of assets.
Always confirm:
- The correct asset
- The correct blockchain network
- The correct deposit address
before sending funds.
6. Why did my deposit address change?
For security and operational reasons, deposit addresses may occasionally change. Always generate and use the latest deposit address shown in your Nio Exchange account before transferring funds.
7. Can I use the same deposit address multiple times?
In most cases, yes. However, users are strongly encouraged to verify the displayed address before every deposit to ensure accuracy and compatibility.
8. What should I do if I sent the wrong cryptocurrency to my deposit address?
Sending unsupported assets to a deposit address may result in loss of funds. In certain cases, recovery may be possible, but it is not guaranteed and may require additional processing time and fees.
Please contact Support immediately with:
- TXID / Transaction Hash
- Deposit address
- Asset name
- Screenshots of the transaction
9. Why does my deposit show as completed on the blockchain but not in my account?
Even if the blockchain shows a completed transaction, the deposit may still require additional confirmations before being credited to your account.
If the required confirmations have already been reached and the funds are still missing, please contact Support.
10. How can I track my deposit?
After sending a deposit, you can track the transaction using the blockchain Transaction ID (TXID). This allows you to monitor confirmations and transaction status in real time through a blockchain explorer.
Your deposit history can also be viewed directly in your Nio Exchange account dashboard.
